Health & Fitness Expo
October 3 - 4, 2008

HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO

Friday 12:00 - 8:00 p.m. and 10 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, 175 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul.
Along with race number and packet pick-up, you'll find hands-on health and fitness exhibits, great bargains on running and fitness gear, free sampling, free massages, information on equipment, nutrition and other races. Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon merchandise will be available for sale including posters, kids' and adults' apparel, novelty items, and more. The Health & Fitness Expo is free and open to the public.

Friday and Saturday. Attend special presentations on a variety of running topics at the Health & Fitness Expo at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, 175 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul.

INTERFAITH WORSHIP SERVICE Sunday 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

10th ANNUAL Medtronic TC 10 MILE Sunday 7:10 a.m. start. Known as "The Shortcut to the Capitol," the 10-mile course begins on Portland Avenue near the HHH Metrodome in Minneapolis, follows city streets to West River Road along the Mississippi River, and joins the Marathon course at Franklin Ave. Bridge. From there it follows seven miles of the marathon course to the finish at the State Capitol on John Ireland Boulevard in St. Paul. The course is very challenging, all asphalt and very scenic with mile after mile of parkways, river and tree-lined boulevards.

27th ANNUAL MEDTRONIC TWIN CITIES MARATHON
Sunday 8:00 a.m. start (7:50 a.m. wheeler start). The marathon begins near the HHH Metrodome in Minneapolis, winding around city lakes, parkways, river roads, to the State Capitol.

27th MILE
Sunday 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The 27th Mile, is located beyond the Secured Finish Area, along Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on the State Capitol Grounds in St. Paul. Activities include massage, event merchandise, family meeting area, medal engraving, and the Post-Race Party Tent. The 27th Mile is open to the public with lots of free food, music, and fun!

AWARDS CEREMONY
Top winners in the Medtronic TC 10 Mile and Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon will be recognized in special awards ceremonies.
